Here is a small sampling of some of the initiatives in which the World Human Accountability Organization has participated during the month of August.

In August of 2017, the World Human Accountability Organization (WHAO) hosted an educational event at an elementary school in Ghana that was designed to promote education, specifically specifically science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The event was led by Mr. Boakye Ofori Atta, the WHAO Executive Secretary of Ghana. He spoke to students regarding different career paths and shared examples of the vast career possibilities that could be attained through education. In addition, Mr. Boakye and WHAO established a scholarship foundation to provide financial support for students to further their education. Throughout the day, Mr. Boakye provided students with career counseling advice and handed out World Human Accountability Organization t-shirts to each student. Mr. Boakye discovered that he and the students all shared a common passion in community service and global development.
