The United Nations General Assembly has declared 22 April International Mother Earth Day. This day will serve a reminder that the Earth and all ecosystems contained in it sustain us and give us life.  In addition, the day will honor a collective responsibility, as first encouraged in the 1992 Rio Declaration, to foster harmony with nature to achieve a balance among the economic, social and environmental needs of present and future generations.

The Eight Interactive Dialogue of the General Assembly on Harmony with Nature will take place on 23 April, 2018, in the ECOSOC Chamber. The event will provide a means to discuss solutions to anything hindering humans existing in harmony with nature.

The World Human Accountability Organization recognizes the value in taking care of the earth as protecting the environment is one of our eight focus points.
